Some of the topics that will be discussed include logistics (space, orientation), feedback (feedback to multiple learners, feedback in a team environment), performance disparities, and appropriate learning activities
Learning Objectives:
- Define the key attributes of the layered learning practice model
- Describe best practices for implementing the layered learning model in your practice site (health system, acute care, community, ambulatory care)
- Outline solutions to common challenges encountered in layered learning settings
Target Audience: This program is designed for preceptors who teach learners at different learning levels simultaneously (immersion students, advanced immersion students, residents, etc.).
